I'm on a diet since Sunday. Only for 3 days and i'm already dying of hunger!
That's basically :
- Morning : Fruit & Yoghurt
- Lunch : Salad & Fruit
- Dinner : Soup
I'm gonna tell you if it advances, the absolute would be to lose about 7 / 8 kg. (+1 that i took at Christmas!)
People say that it's only a matter of mind. So. Please head ! HELP ME
